What Is CL/AL?

At Lakeland Care Services, Customized Living (CL) provides individuals with essential health care management and monitoring within an Assisted Living Facility (ALF) environment. Our services include support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), and home management. Customized Living is typically available 24/7 and is tailored for those on waivers such as CADI, BI, and EW, ensuring comprehensive care in a supportive setting.
